🔁 Return Policy

Non-Energised Products

• Returns are accepted only for Non-Energised Products.
• Return requests must be submitted within 24 Hours of delivery.
• A complete unboxing video is mandatory. The video must begin before opening the parcel and clearly show the product.
• The product must be unused and returned with all original packaging.
• The customer must send the product back via DTDC Courier only.
• Return courier charges must be borne by the customer.
• Refunds will be processed only after successful inspection of the returned product.
• Order Processing Charges, Payment Gateway Charges (if applicable) and Handling Charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Energised (Siddh) Products

• Energised (Siddh) Products are spiritually customised for Customer.
• Once the energisation process has started, these products cannot be returned.
• Energised Products are not eligible for Return, Refund, Replacement or Cancellation.
• If delivery is refused or the parcel is returned due to customer reasons, no refund will be issued.

📦 Replacement Policy

• Replacement is available only if the product is received damaged during transit.
• A continuous unboxing video recorded from the sealed package is mandatory.
• Replacement requests without a valid unboxing video cannot be approved.
• After verification, a replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Non-Energised Products

• Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Order Processing Charges and applicable Payment Gateway Charges will be deducted before issuing the refund.

Energised (Siddh) Products

• Orders cannot be cancelled once the energisation process has started.
• These products are specially prepared for the customer and cannot be resold.
• Therefore, they are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

🚚 Shipping Information

• India: 4–6 Working Days
• International: 15–25 Working Days (Liquid products are not shipped internationally.)
