Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

🔁 Replacement Policy
We offer replacements only if the product is damaged during transit.
Important Requirement: A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory to request a replacement. The video must begin before opening the sealed package and clearly show the damage.
❌ Return Policy
We maintain a strict No Return Policy. Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
🔄 Cancellation Policy
Non-Energised Products
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Energised (Siddh) Products
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the energisation process has begun.
- These items are customised using your Naam & Gotra, making them spiritually exclusive.
If delivery is refused, the product will be respectfully released into a sacred river as per spiritual protocol. No refund will be issued in such cases.
